2025 November & December Grand Prix Dining Experience

Join World Equestrian Center – Ocala on Saturday nights during the 2025 November & December Series for the Grand Prix Dining Experience presented by Wheels Up.

With a table offering the most coveted view of the Grand Outdoor Arena, you can enjoy top-level equestrian sport under the lights at The Equestrian Hotel. Indulge in a three-course chef’s dinner featuring complimentary beer and wine. Attendees will enjoy an exclusive first taste with select dinner menus inspired by WEC’s new restaurants, opening soon at The Equestrian Manor. A cash bar will be available for spirits and bottles of wine from the in-house sommelier’s selections.

Doors for the event will open at 6pm. Grand prix start times vary. Weekly menus forthcoming.

November 15 | $75,000 Dover Saddlery Grand Prix featuring a menu inspired by Genievieve’s, WEC’s new Italian restaurant
December 6 | $120,000 Coca-Cola Beverages Florida Grand Prix CSI3* featuring a menu inspired by The Polo Pony, WEC’s new American restaurant and the ambiance of the Winter Wonderland holiday lights
December 13 | $75,000 AdventHealth Grand Prix featuring a menu inspired by The White Willow, WEC’s new Pan-Asian restaurant and the ambiance of the Winter Wonderland holiday lights
