Our 2025 Festival Gala, Oberon Overture, brings together leading chamber musicians Emma Jardine, Brigid Coleridge, Tobias Breider, Rachel Siu, Kees Boersma, and Bernadette Harvey for an evening of chamber masterworks.
The program features Rossini’s youthful Sonata No. 1 in G major, Hummel’s lively Piano Quintet in E-flat major, Op. 87, and Mendelssohn’s rarely heard Piano Sextet in D major, Op. 110.
After the performance, stay for an onstage conversation with the musicians, hosted by our much-loved festival guide, Andy Bromberger. Join the musicians for drinks and a slice of pizza bianca in the Malachi foyer and enjoy a fitting start to the festival weekend.
