This is a gentle, spacious winter weekend designed to help you step out of the noise and back into your body. Catch your self before the year ends. 

You’ll be held by nature, nourished by daily yoga, and guided through breathwork, meditation, and journaling practices that invite deep rest and renewal.

Think  slow mornings, sea air, optional cold dips, a wood-fired sauna, and time to read, write, or simply be.
