- **Event Description**: Sign up to join us for an amazing self defense workshop! The workshop will be led by Nichelle Laus, former police officer and martial arts expert. Nichelle was abused and decided to never let that happen again. Learning self defense as a woman is an empowering action and one I can't wait to take. 

The class is 3 hours with some teaching some physical and ends with an empowering moment when we will learn to use our power to break a board with our hands!
Light refreshments will be provided and everyone that attends will receive a signed copy of Nichelle's book.
