Capacity is limited to 13 participants at a time due to the availability of gallery audio equipment.Participants must check in at the main gallery reception upon arrival. Staff will provide instructions before the audio walk begins.Headphones and audio equipment are available to borrow from the front desk. Visitors are also welcome to use their own headphones, with Bluetooth compatibility available.Visitors borrowing gallery equipment must leave valid identification, such as a health card or driver’s licence, at reception for the duration of the walk. Identification will be returned once all borrowed equipment is returned.All borrowed equipment must be returned to reception immediately after completing the audio walk. Participants may be responsible for any lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.The audio walk takes place outdoors in Gairloch Gardens. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.The route includes outdoor pathways, garden terrain, and stairs, and may not be fully accessible for all visitors.
