Join us for a 1-hour immersive gong sound experience designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation. Participants lay comfortably on yoga mats (similar to a traditional class setup, but more restorative in nature) while Joelle Gordon plays gongs and other resonant instruments to soothe your soul. The sound creates an environment that encourages stillness, reflection, and integration — allowing the body to settle and re-calibrate. It’s accessible to all and requires no prior experience.

Rain date: July 21

Visitors are encouraged to explore the our newly installed labyrinth before or after the session for quiet reflection and mindful walking. Come for one or both — at your own pace.

About Joelle Gordon:
I am a somatic attachment–informed coach and sound practitioner who integrates body-based awareness with vibrational sound. My work centers on helping individuals shift out of chronic stress and into embodied self-leadership. Through guided awareness and immersive sound sessions, I create intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and build self-trust from the inside out. I’ve facilitated both private and group experiences throughout South Jersey and beyond
