Wellness Wednesdays Featuring Desmerized, Qi Up Academy

Take your lunch break outside and recharge with us on Wednesday, August 27, for Wellness Wednesdays! We’re teaming up with the local wellness practitioners to bring free community-centered wellness sessions to the Plaza from 12 PM–1 PM.

Wellness offerings include:

• Live Hypnosis & Guided Tools from Desmerized. Explore how hypnosis can help with focus, calm, and self-regulation.
  

• Daily Rhythm Taiji Qigonga with Qi Up Academy and Dr Dan. Explore the foundational principles of Taiji Qigong for stress relief, improved self-esteem, and superior body mechanics for movement. All experience levels are welcome!

Drop in, relax, recharge, and take a moment for yourself. No special equipment or experience needed—just your presence and an open mind.
