Vegan Dinner: Thai

I recently spent 3 months in Thailand and happily sharing more of the knowlege i am attaining of this incredible cuisine.

These dinners take place on a communal table of 12 people so come alone or with friends and make new friends as these family style platters are passed around and shared.

This menu will include:

Soup: Red curry soup with pumpkin and tofu

Appetizer: spring rolls with homemade tempeh, rice noodles and herbs

Entree:

Black Pepper tofu

Morning Glory leaves with garlic and chili

Pad Kee Mao (Rice noodles with mushrooms and vegetables)

Homemade pickles

rice

and much more

Dessert: Thai tea ice cream (cashe based) in handmade waffle cones
