 📕Your favorite journal & pen 🥗Lunch  and snacks 💧 Water bottle  👕🌲Layers (redwoods run cool + shady) 🎒Backpack 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️Blanket, sit pad or yoga mat for the sound bath 🥾comfortable walking shoes✨️As you enter the park, drive for about 3–5 minutes until you reach the main parking lot. From there, walk toward the Stream Trail 👣. Your guide, Rosa, will be waiting for you and will walk you back to our base location.
At the base, you’ll be able to leave your belongings—such as blankets and yoga mats—before heading out on your walk.
