Screen Printing Workshop

In this workshop you'll learn the process of screen printing your own artwork by hand on a manual printing press, and how to get started with screen printing on your own. Essential equipment, artwork creation and preparation, screen preparation, on-press technique, and setting up your own online store will be covered. The workshop will go in-depth on each step of the process and also cover different ways to approach them whether you are working in a DIY space or with full facilities available to you. By the end of this workshop you'll have the resources to begin your own DIY printing journey.

What's included: 1 t-shirt in your chosen size, 1 screen provided for use during the workshop, a PDF guide on what's covered in the workshop. 2-3 additional garments can be purchased for printing, but to be considerate of the others attending, we will not be producing large print runs for attendees during this workshop. PLEASE NOTE: Artwork MUST be submitted for this no later than 24 hours before the event start time so that your project will be ready to print at the workshop. Single-color artwork only (e.g. black print on a white shirt, white print on a black shirt). It is mandatory for attendees to provide artwork ahead of the event. If artwork is not provided in time, a refund will be issued and your spot will be released.

This workshop is open to all ages. A parent is required to be in attendance if under 16 years of age. If you have accessibility requirements, please reach out prior to the workshop to see how your needs can be accommodated.
