It's a space for authentic self-expression, where we use movement to release trapped emotions, tap into intuition, and work through everything you're experiencing in your mind and body.The 90-minute sessions take you on a journey that begins with a warm-up and brief guided movement practice, and then builds into freestyle dance to curated music.You can dance with partners or by yourself; you can move slowly or run around the space.There are no expectations for how you’re supposed to look — you are free to do whatever you want to do, without judgment.We wind down with a few moments of introspection and spiritual stillness, and then end with a closing circle where folks can reflect and share about their experience.Come as you are.
