I loved it! Thank you! This workshop was fun, relaxing, an a feast for the senses. A unique and very enjoyable experience.During the breath work I experienced the most profound meditative experience ( I have been meditating for about six years, and I do breath work workshops 2-4 times a year). I started feeling a deep sense of euphoria at the fourth round, which kept growing and eventually expanded through my third eye, into a vivid “travel through space “ feeling, seeing bright lights and interesting shapes. (from Ice Garden Obon)During the last round of breathwork, suddenly as if a switch flipped I saw a vast and beautiful night sky full of stars open up. I felt sadness well up and move through me, and tears, followed by a feeling of release and peace. -Carol (from Ice Garden Obon)See promo snippet of our live music, from a previous happening, "The Cosmic Egg".https://youtu.be/nTBb9Ly8j_4?si=qQrAcy1VfpOzTq2mArt work in second picture by artist, Ryan Callisto, instagram.com/moonofjupiterart with permission.Check out more of his cool work!Punk Rock Art, Horror PunkAgenda🕑: 06:10 PMDoor OpensInfo: Door opens.
