And the joy and camaraderie of networking with other folks is immeasurable."-ParticipantThe CalSAC Leadership Intensive Retreat (LIR) is a management and leadership training designed for coordinator to director level professionals in the out-of-school time field who have an aspiration for advanced leadership.Using a multicultural leadership framework, this 3-day intensive learning space will strengthen the capacity of participants to effectively lead their staff and organization by exploring the following competencies:Strength-based leadershipAuthentic leadershipManagement vs. leadershipSupervision and performance managementCoachingThe retreat is intentionally designed to foster self-reflection and a deeper self-awareness.
