The stage welcomes comedy, poetry, singing, rapping, instrumentalists, and more!It's what we at Gold Beams have been doing for three years.And... it's fun AF!All ages welcome ??????‍??‍♂️??‍???‍???‍???‍???‍???‍?welcomeArtists ??‍???‍???‍?:Open Mic FAQ's- Our stage is a home made for Black creatives.- We invite ALL disciplines.- That includes comedians, musicians, poets, actors performing monologues, dance, etc.- The open mic goes live at 6 pm when the doors open. The list fills quickly so try to get there earlier.- If you can't get there early, that's okay. Every interested performer gets a free raffle ticket.- We alternate between calling from the list and the raffle ticket.- Artists have 5 minutes to perform on stage.- Artists can perform one piece.- If you have instrumentals, be ready to airdrop them.- Be prepared to perform acapella if there are issues sending your instrumentals.- Your art must be respectful to the people in the space.
