✨ Join us for a sacred pause of sound, stillness, and community ✨

To come into a shared space where nothing is required of you—except to arrive as you are.

We gather not to fix the world,

but to remember what it feels like to be human together—

to feel a little lighter, a little kinder, a little more connected.

To breathe in community.

To remember love.

To anchor into kindness.

To cultivate gratitude—together.

Through the gentle rhythm of the shaman drum, the grounding tones of crystal bowls, the flow of the ocean drum, and the subtle resonance of chimes, we’ll create a calm, supportive environment where your nervous system can soften and your breath can deepen.

Please bring the following items:

• yoga mat (and extra cushion if needed)
• blanket
• pillow
• knee bolster (if you have any knee or back issues)
• eye mask

Arrivals: Please arrive 20 minutes early to find parking, set up your props and get setled in . 𝐃𝐎𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐓 𝟏:𝟓𝟎 𝐏𝐌.
