This lecture covers Floyd's life and the actual signing of the Declaration, along with 3 other New Yorkers.12:30 pm -1:00pm - Educational Activity - learn how to use a quill pen! Partcipants will receive a Quill Pen and learn to write with one!1:00pm - 3:00pm - LectureFREE LECTURE$8.00 parking fee in effect. Reservations are required for all programs. Space is limited. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel so others may have the opportunity to attend. Please try to arrive 10 minutes early.
