- **Event Description**: We spend most of our waking hours remembering the past or planning for the future. Yet some of the deepest wisdom traditions remind us that the true reality is here and now. Let us wake to the present moment and the places we find ourselves, in all their complex beauty.

Join us for our August worship series, Awakening, as our minister, Lóre Stevens, shares her message, “Waking to What Is.” Our worship service will begin at 10:00 DST in person and on Zoom. 

To attend by Zoom, please install the Zoom app on your device and use Meeting ID: 890 7958 2989. We will begin admitting guests at 9:45 a.m.

After the service, you’re invited to enjoy coffee and conversation in the Social Hall. Youth Faith Formation classes are on summer break until August 10. The nursery is available only during worship in summer.

Masks are not required in the building; however, they are available, along with hand sanitizer, in various locations throughout the church. We encourage you to assess your personal risks and do what makes you feel comfortable, whether that means wearing a mask or worshiping with ORUUC from home on Zoom. We ask that if you have symptoms or have had a COVID exposure, please stay home and join us on Zoom.
