Life After Loss: A Grief Support Workshop

Grief comes in many forms—and you don’t have to walk through it alone. Join us for Life After Loss, a special workshop designed to offer hope, support, and helpful resources for anyone navigating grief.
This event will include a panel of compassionate professionals and organizations who specialize in grief care and support:
Comfort Zone Camp

Comfort Zone Camp is the first nonprofit bereavement camp for children, with the first camp taking place in 1999. What started as a small camp in Virginia has evolved into a national organization that has served over 25,000 children at no cost to the families.
Grief Share (hosted by Oak Ridge First Baptist)

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief.
Grief Support for Widows- Now What?

A non-profit organization seeking to provide care and support to those who are widowed through resources, care groups, and monthly gatherings.
Hospice of the Piedmont/ Hospice Home in High Point

Hospice of the Piedmont is a provider of hospice care, palliative care, and grief support services for patients, their families, and caregivers. Patients ranging in age from infants to the elderly who are facing a life-limiting illness are given specialized medical, emotional, and spiritual care.
Whether you’re dealing with recent loss or carrying grief from long ago, this workshop is a space to be seen, heard, and supported.
