Join us on Thursday, April 23 at 6:30 PM at the Oak Ridge Conference Center for an evening with Doug Smith, ScreenStrong Ambassador and award-winning author of [Un]Intentional: How Screens Secretly Shape Your Desires, and How You Can Break Free. Doug brings over three decades of experience as a software developer alongside years of research into how technology affects the developing brain. He has seen the strategies Big Tech uses from the inside, and he will share practical, evidence-based wisdom to help your family avoid screen dependency and thrive in the real world.

This event is for parents and teens alike. You will leave with real strategies for building a family culture that puts healthy relationships, purpose, and freedom ahead of the next notification.

This evening is hosted by Chesterton Academy of Saint Margaret Clitherow, a classical Catholic high school here in the Knoxville area. Our mission is to form young men and women who can think deeply, live purposefully, and engage the world with wisdom rather than be consumed by it. We believe the best preparation for a complex world is a richer humanity, that can use technology as a tool rather than serve it.
