Restorative Piyo Fitness Class

Restorative PIYO combines a light flow of movement for your body with elements of yoga, stretching, and Pilates. Balance, Core and Connection with Breath and Body will be incorporated and have you leaving feeling Balanced and Amazing. Deep stretching and light movement will help to have you feeling restored and renewed. Give yourself the hour your body deserves. Classes will be led by candlelight and meditative music.
