This is a five-week immersive abstract painting class designed to help you build confidence, technique, and trust in your creative voice.Each Thursday evening, we’ll gather in the studio to slow down and create with intention.Every class begins with a short guided meditation — a moment to ground, breathe, and quiet the outside world.

Then I teach.We’ll explore:• How to begin without fear
• Underpainting and strong foundations
• Layering for depth and movement
• Mark making and visual language
• Pushing through the “ugly stage”
• Editing and knowing when a piece is finished
• How to truly listen to your work

After instruction, you’ll have dedicated studio time to paint — with guidance, feedback, and space to experiment.
