New Year’s Day Sunrise Meditation on the Beach

It’s my favorite time of the year! 🎉

My New Year’s tradition is to sit in meditation with the first light of the new year. I started doing this 12 years ago, on my first sober New Year’s Day. Every year more and more people have joined me and now the tradition belongs to many of us. I love it sooooo much! On January 1st, we will meet on the beach at the West 2nd beach access. Sunrise is around 7:15. I plan to sit from 7:00-7:20 (or so). If you are up, and you are feeling it, please join us. Rain or shine. It’s a beautiful thing!
