Celebrate the magic of the season in downtown Oak Harbor! The festivities begin at 4:00 PM with Cookies & Cocoa at The Collective — generously sponsored by Haggen and Whidbey Coffee. Enjoy live carolers strolling along Pioneer Way while the Lighted Boat Parade sparkles across the bay from 4:00–4:30 PM.
Then, gather for the Home for the Holidays Santa Parade, proudly supported by parade sponsor Edward Jones – Eric Schelling. Starting at 4:30 PM, the parade travels along SE Pioneer Way from SE Ely Street to SE Midway Boulevard, filling downtown with twinkling lights, festive floats, and holiday joy.
