About the event

2025 Craft Fair

Calling all Vendors and Food Trucks! If you would like to reserve a position in this event, please call the Community Center @ 270-640-7575 and/or email: and/or to reserve your place!

There are NO REGISTRATION FEES, LICENSES or PERMITS required for this event!

Food Trucks are only required to have CURRENT FOOD INSPECTIONS.

The deadline for registration is NLT 26NOV2025 @ 7pm (Weds), as we will be finalizing the event setup within the gymnasium.

The Oak Grove Community Center will be closed on 27-28NOV2025 (Thurs/Fri); however, any Vendors/Food Trucks requesting a position in the 2025 Craft Fair Event after the posted deadline should email: or call: 270-605-4822 for confirmation.
