Join us for a four-course dinner by June’s executive chef Erin Ortiz, each paired with a Scratch Brewing beer. Head brewers Aaron + Marika will be there to share the story behind each pour.
Dinner begins at 6PM; please arrive 20-30 minutes early to be seated. Ticket includes pre fixe four-course dinner + 5oz pour of beer with each course. Beers include: Cask Turkey Tail Amber Ale, Dry Hopped Paw Paw, Dandelion Lager, Foeder Aged Grapevine
Our Food Menu:
Roast Carrots in beet reduction, goat cheese, wheat berry, garden herbs
Bone Marrow Foccacia toast, mushrooms, leek salad
Local Roast Chicken with creamy polenta, Brussels sprouts, local horseradish pan sauce
Shortbread Tart with rote gruzete, mint
Allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, etc) are considered, where possible.
