Larissa guides others on their breathwork journeys, acting as a facilitator and witness. She believes the breath is a powerful bridge connecting mind, body, and spirit. Through her sessions, she creates a safe space for individuals to explore their breath, unlocking its potential to release stagnant energy, cultivate self-awareness, and transform their lives. Jennifer is an Usui Reiki Master, Angelic Reiki Master, and Sound Practitioner who utilizes her gifts to assist others on their spiritual and healing journeys. From a young age, Jennifer felt a unique connection to the cosmos combined with a deep empathy for human beings, knowing she wanted to assist others in healing. Her life's path, however, first led her through a series of personal challenges, including trauma, grief, and addiction, which ultimately provided her with profound empathy and a deep understanding of the human experience, informing her approach as a space holder for others.
