You're invited to join us for a meditative sound healing experience - in our cozy space 2 days before the Scorpio New Moon!
Step into a sacred space where deep, resonant gong vibrations guide you into profound stillness, release, and renewal. In this immersive journey, you’ll be bathed in the harmonics of 1 to 5 gongs — each offering its own unique medicine for the body, mind, and spirit. The sound waves ripple through your cells, helping to clear and reset your nervous system, harmonize your energy centers, and open the door to expanded states of consciousness.
This is an journey inward — time you set aside and arrive to soften, let go, and allow the sound to carry you exactly where you need to go. Sound healing is a supportive practice for any belief system, and is especially beneficial during times of challenge and uncertainty. Gongs encourage us to trust our own inner wisdom.
Setting Your Intention:
You may arrive with a clear intention, or let one form as you settle into the space. Your intention might be a word, a feeling, a question, or simply the desire to receive. This focus point becomes your compass for the experience — and sometimes, the journey itself brings unexpected insights or gifts.
-- Please note our location if you are new to us: 7 Eagle Center is located across the pond from Bldg 8 on the corner of the traffic circle at Greenmount and State St. From W. State St. - turn between 8 and 9; continue past the pond and the parking lot turns to the right, facing the side of Bldg 7 - park here and follow the curved path to the 2nd door - across from the fountain of the pond.
* Begin grounding on ARRIVAL: as you walk around the curved path to the studio, take a few slow, grounding breaths. Notice your steps, connect with the earth beneath you, and feel yourself arriving fully in the present moment. This is the beginning of your journey.
During the Experience:
As the gongs play, you may feel waves of sound move through your body — loosening tension, clearing stagnant energy, and inviting deep rest. You might notice memories, emotions, or sensations arise. This is your body’s way of processing and integrating. All of it is welcome.
The more present you become, the more the sound can help dissolve resistance — supporting you in becoming more resilient and self-regulated in daily life.
*RSVP* in advance required for space. (8 is a nice fit. Sometimes we make room for 11.) Jen presets with comfort in mind for you on the cushioned floor mats.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing, and any items for your comfort (yoga mat, pillow, blanket, journal, water bottle). A select number of mats, bolsters, and blankets are available at the studio.
