On Wednesday, 29th April, we’ll all gather at Kiangararu Hall for an exquisite meeting chaired by the one and only Santa Claus.

Why? You wonder…I’ll tell you. Come closer, so the board doesn't hear this.
 
Santa ( who is also the chairman of the board )has finally paid us an early visit as we come to the end of our financial year at OASIC SACCO. 

It's time to look at our numbers closely. 
Have we served you properly? 
Is it to your satisfaction? 
Do we deserve some whips like the 3 theives on the cross or a big applause by investing your hard-earned money for another year with us?

All these and more of your questions will be answered on this day.

Aaand did I mention we have gifts? Absolutely, or some of you may call them “dividends.”

So, you have invested your shares with us for the last year... and you know that you deserve some of that sweet harvest from our coffers from the money that has been working for you while you run your business….

Then you're invited to our 19th Annual General Meeting, aka AGM, at Kiangararu Hall on Wednesday at 9:00AM.

Among the agendas to be discussed in the meeting include;
-reading and confirmation of the previous minutes
- matters arising from the minutes( where you can voice your doubts and concerns)
- the chairman's address and report
-reading of the supervisory committee report
- reading of the year 2025 accounts
- Appointment of auditors to audit the year 2026 books of accounts
- Reading of the 2027 Budget proposal
- Rotational elections of board members (if necessary)
- A.O.B
