This immersive ceremony harnesses the potent energy of the solstice to guide participants through a journey of sonic healing of your Heart, where the voice is both the map and the medicine.
Join us for an intimate gathering at the threshold of the Summer Solstice, for the longest day of the year. This ceremony weaves together ancient plant medicine, somatic creative practices and sound healing. During the workshop the participants will be guided through different stages:

❤️ First serving of Bobinsana tea for opening the channel between Heart and Voice

❤️ Landing in the body and connecting with the Heart space using Voice and movement

❤️ Creative expression of the intention for the ceremony through modelling and drawing

❤️ Second serving of Bobinsana tea and ritual for Solstice

❤️ Mantra singing

❤️	Sound healing meditation

❤️	Final sharing circle 

Through partner and small-group resonance exercises, we explore how sound lives in the body and how intention shapes the voice when it comes from the Heart. The sacred Bobinsana ceremony opens the channel between Heart and Voice, honouring the Amazonian plant teacher long known for its gifts of love, courage, and emotional depth. The journey deepens through mantra singing and closes in a sound healing meditation where sacred sounds and voice help the intention set inside the body and into the depth of the Heart. 

Bobinsana is a Master Plant from the Peruvian Amazon rainforest. It is traditionally used by Indigenous people as a medicine for arthritis, inflammation, and respiratory issues. It works as a subtle muscle and emotional relaxant.
On a spiritual level, Bobinsana is believed to help reconnect with the heart, bring emotional healing, and facilitate a deeper connection with oneself and others.
The medicine will be served as a tea. The effect of the plant is very subtle and might require a little bit of focus to feel. It is comparable to ceremonial cacao with a bit less stimulation. You are also very welcome to enjoy the event without the tea. The main focus of the event is singing, dancing, and enjoying each other’s presence.

What to bring:
 	An item for the alter;
 	Chocolate or fruits to share with the other participants;
 	A mat and a bottle with water;
 	Comfortable cloths to be able to move and dance;
 	A journal and a pen if you wish to take notes along the workshop.

It is also recommended that you do not eat heavy food before the workshop.

About the facilitators:

For over a decade, Irini Hara has dedicated her life to the intersection of healing, sacred wisdom, and human transformation. She is certified in IoPT trauma therapy, art therapy, family constellations, womb and ancestral healing, and the Priestess path of Sacred Sounds — a constellation of gifts she weaves together with both precision and heart.
Her reach is global. Irini has organised and co-organised more than 150 events across Norway, Italy, Portugal, and Romania; co-created a documentary and the Mary Magdalene Womb Oracle; authored several books; and hosts two podcasts. 
She is not simply a practitioner — she is a builder of sacred spaces, a keeper of ancient wisdom, and a guide for those ready to go deep and transform.

In addition to his expertise in circling, Konstantin takes part as a mantra circles leader as well as an assistant in plant medicine ceremonies and integration coach.
