Join us for a relaxing Walk and Talk at Nyack Beach Park! This is a great way to get some fresh air, stretch your legs, and meet new people from Rockland County and Northern NJ.
We’ll take an easygoing 3-mile walk along the scenic Hudson River trail — perfect for conversation and light exercise.
Look for blue balloons to easily spot the organizers when you arrive!
Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, everyone is welcome. Bring comfortable shoes, water, and good vibes.
