Montefiore Nyack Hospital is hosting a free colorectal cancer screening event on Friday, March 27, for uninsured and underinsured individuals age 45 and over. Sign up to receive a free Fecal Occult Blood Test/ Fecal Immunochemical Test Kit. For eligibility and registration, please call 845-348-8511. *eligibility determined by NYS Cancer Services Program
