Cold Chocolate and Rob McMahon in Concert

Voices on the Hudson continues our winter season with the inspiring bluegrass duo Cold Chocolate and the gifted local singer-songwriter Rob McMahon.

Cold Chocolate is a genre-bending Americana band that fuses folk, funk, and bluegrass to create a unique sound all their own. Featuring Ethan Robbins on guitar and mandolin and Ariel Bernstein on percussion and banjo, this power duo from Boston is impressing audiences throughout New England and beyond. Their music features tight harmonies and skillful musicianship.

Rob McMahon is a Hudson Valley singer-songwriter whose warm baritone and poetic storytelling transport listeners through American landscapes of loss, courage, and redemption. His debut EP, recorded with producer Tracy Walton, reimagines Appalachian tragedy songs and murder ballads with themes of grief and faith.
