This immersive sound bath combines the rich grounding tones of Himalayan singing bowls, the expansive resonance of the gong, soothing crystal singing bowls, and a carefully guided therapeutic percussion sequence to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.During the session, you will be invited to lie down comfortably while layers of sound wash over the body, creating space for relaxation, reflection and restoration. Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, emotionally balanced and deeply rested afterwards.Sound therapy has been explored for its potential to support relaxation, reduce stress and improve wellbeing. Consent forms to be completed in advance online. Spaces are limited to maintain a peaceful group environment. Event will start at 10:30 so no late entry is permitted to avoid disruption.  Please arrive 5 minutes early if possible to get settled into the space with your mat. Chairs available at venue. Limited yoga mats/blankets available  for use- prebooking required (email organiser).
