'By The Lake' at Coton View is conveniently located just off the scenic Wellsborough Road leading into the prestigious Market Bosworth. 

A nature loving family have opened their new home and land to be able to host the most beautiful outdoor classes and retreats. It is truly a stunning wildlife haven. The perfect place to enjoy welcoming summer, surrounded by nature in her fullest bloom. 

The sheltered yoga deck, outdoor seating and optional large wellness tent provides the perfect space for a full day of activities rain or shine. 

We will start with a breathwork, then leading into a Somatic Yoga Flow. Feeling more deeply and intuitively into our body during this yoga session. The spacious environment allows more room for exploration, so we will enjoy moments a little more unguided and free, moving with more light heartedness and ease. Then transitioning into balance work and centering ourselves, anchoring through the radiant and strong solar plexus, the home of confidence and opening the heart to the warmth of summer. 

Fresh produce grown organically on the land will be served for a light lunch. There will then be the luxury of free time to choose an activity, or rest depending on how you feel on the day. An optional sharing circle will take place or maybe your more interested to take a wild plunge in the lake! I have made sure to include a tow float for safety so please bring suitable swim wear and this can be enjoyed in pairs. 

We will then deeply relax and unwind with a 1hr Sound bath with Jodi  of 'Harmonic Crystals' and founder of Leicester Wellness Festival. Leading a very special guided meditation and sound journey with her 9 frosted Quartz crystal singing bowls & chimes to end this incredible day together.
