120kg, 180kg, 150kg, 240kg, 170kg, 300kg

Event 2

Overhead medley (75s)

Barbell, one rep, axle, two reps, log, 3 reps. Split times given or fastest to complete all 6 reps.

Event 3, Super Yoke

2 x 10m fastest time wins. Wraps allowed for inters and opens. 

120/200/160/280/200/320

Event 4. Farmers and sandbag medley

Carry farmers 10m, run back, carry sandbag 10m, then repeat for a second round. Fastest time wins, or measurement given. 

50-40/80-80/70-70/110-110/90-80/130-130

Event 5

Atlas stone run. Athletes will load 5 stones (4 for novices) over a post. Fastest time possible. Women 44inches men 48 inches.
