The Melbourne Chinese Mid-Autumn Moon Festival celebrating its 33rd year, is an annual multicultural celebration for all ages, being one of the most anticipated events in the region.
Hosted by the Melbourne Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, the Festival showcases Asian culture, traditions and cuisines, and encourages communities from all over Victoria to join us in celebrating a time for family and friends to gather and admire the mid-autumn harvest moon. It aims to promote community harmony, further strengthening the understanding of Asian and Australian culture.
The Melbourne Moon Festival will be held on Saturday 13th September in the Box Hill Townhall. The Townhall will come to life with an anticipated 35 outdoor stalls and foodtrucks showcasing various cuisines, exhibitor and community arts and crafts booths inside, and a full entertainment program – including the Opening Ceremony, lion dancing, traditional and modern musical/dance performances, games, and live demonstrations.

墨爾本中秋美食園遊會已進入第33個年頭，這是一個適合所有年齡層的年度多元文化慶典，也是該地區最受期待的活動之一。
由墨爾本台灣商會主辦，這個節日展示了亞洲文化、傳統和美食，並鼓勵來自維多利亞各地的社區共同慶祝這個家人和朋友聚在一起欣賞中秋滿月的時刻。該活動旨在促進社區和諧，加深對亞洲和澳大利亞文化的理解。
所有耳熟能詳的美食都在這裡，包括鹽酥雞、臭豆腐、麻油雞、薑母湯、綠豆椪、肉羹湯、草仔粿、台灣香腸、四神湯、豬血湯、刈包、雞肉飯、蚵仔麵線、油飯、客家蘿蔔絲包、客家麻糬、鳳梨酥、蔥軋糖、甘蔗汁、台式飯糰、雞蛋糕、夜市章魚燒、蚵仔煎、檸檬愛玉、棉花糖、糖葫蘆.....etc
墨爾本中秋美食園遊會將於9月13日星期六在Box Hill市政廳舉行。屆時市政廳將熱鬧非凡，預計會有35個戶外攤位和接近十台美食餐車展示各式各樣的國際美味，內有展覽商和社區藝術手工藝攤位，以及一整天的娛樂節目——包括開幕式、舞獅表演、傳統和現代音樂/舞蹈表演、遊戲和現場展示。
