Brave, Not Perfect is an evening of real talk, raw stories, and genuine connection. It’s a space for women to drop the mask of perfection and celebrate the courage it takes to simply be ourselves. Through storytelling, reflection, and honest conversation, we explore what it means to live bravely — not flawlessly. * Warning that themes and topics discussed can be triggering, raw and confronting.

Chelsea Luxford - Solace Therapy 
Psychotherapist, counsellor, and founder of Solace Therapy in Numurkah. With warmth and compassion, Chelsea makes therapy accessible, ethical, and truly human, helping adults, children, and families create real, lasting change.

Sara Hoffmann - The Sliver lining
Sara Hoffmann is a devoted mum and mental health advocate who turned her deepest pain into purpose after losing her partner to suicide. Through her page A Silver Lining Mission, she shares raw, honest reflections on grief, healing, and the reality of parenting through loss.
