The Nelisa Mzimela Legacy Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of the first INK Careers & Business Expo, taking place on Saturday, 14 June 2025, in celebration of Youth Month.
This event is designed to empower young people with real tools, real guidance, and real opportunities. In many schools, proper career guidance is still missing or outdated—leaving learners unprepared for life after school. We’re changing that.
We’re especially calling on Grade 9 learners, who need guidance for subject selection going into Grade 10, and Grade 11 & 12s, who are preparing for tertiary education and the working world. Life Orientation educators and HODs are also encouraged to attend and experience the exclusive preview of our new Career Guidance Tool, a game-changer for both teachers and learners in the era of 4IR and AI-driven industries.
We’re also creating space for youth-owned businesses to shine—inviting start-ups and emerging brands to exhibit and connect with the community.
What’s Happening on the Day?
• Live talks on career development, entrepreneurship & education
• One-on-one engagement with institutions & training providers
• Exhibitions from schools, FET colleges & youth-owned businesses
• Live performances from ChainaMax, Culture Flame, DoOrDie Ipansula, Brillante, FreeBail & more
This is not just an expo—it’s a movement. And it’s 100% free.
