Using a variety of techniques and mediums, you will consider how emotion can become central to creativity.Week 1 - Learn a technique to connect to your emotions through meditation, exploring the connection between colour and emotion. Since she could hold a pencil, art has been her passion.Art enables her to delve deep into her innermost self. With every stroke, she unveils another layer of raw emotions and truth. Witnessing the transformative ripples of her creations, she navigates life with intention and authenticity. Art is her liberation, exploration, expression, and release.She paints in an abstract/expressionist style. Heavily influenced by her experiences with synesthesia, her work is full of vibrant colour, texture, and movement. These experiences are a dance between colour and emotion. She tends to feel things deeply and delve into the highs and lows, touching on my experiences with mental health, the beauty in life, patterns, relationships and lessons we can learn from nature.
