This group meditation will be held on the eve of the winter solstice, and is intended for those who want to raise the energy of the planet, do good deeds and help protect animals used predominantly for food. The goal is to reduce violence against other sentient beings and stop the exploitation of non-human animals.

We will practice meditation developed by Australian healers Ann Kennedy and Catherine Ligato, in the form of directing heart energy towards animals found in the meat and dairy industries, as well as in other places where there is suffering and low vibration, such as slaughterhouses. In this way, we want to raise the awareness of people around the world and bring them to compassion, empathy and unity with all living sentient beings.

This will also be an opportunity for vegans and vegetarians in transition to support each other and help each other.

The practice is similar to that of animal rights activists at group gatherings. If there is no time for meditation, then honor is given to the fallen animals in the form of minutes of silence.

The event is free and practiced at home. Everyone sends love the way they think they should.

Meditation is a natural process of observing one's own mind. Just as the eyes, in order to see themselves, need a mirror, so the spirit, in order to become aware of its deepest nature, needs a method that enables it to do so.

Meditation is also healthy. It has been scientifically proven to improve heart function, lower high blood pressure, boost immunity and serotonin (hormone of happiness), which makes us feel satisfied and positive. It also helps getting rid of accumulated mental toxins.

The power of group meditation is especially precious. Research has shown that if a certain number of people meditate together, it raises vibrations globally and leads to increased peace worldwide and to overall progress. Around 8000 people need to meditate at the same time in order to make that happen.

Experiments were done in the 1980s, when so many people gathered in Jerusalem, during the war in Lebanon. The event was monitored by an independent American RAND corporation that conducts statistics in war-affected areas. On the day they meditated, the death toll dropped by about 70 percent. The experiment was repeated several times so far, and each time the results were similar, both in terms of reduced mortality, terrorist attacks, number of accidents and violence in general.

The explanation given by scientists for this phenomenon is that there is a kind of field through which our thoughts and emotions spread, and through which we influence each other. It has been noticed that there is a connection between a person's psychological state and their energy state, i.e. their corresponding aura. When a person thinks positively and feels good, the aura grows. When one feels bad and thinks negatively, the aura shrinks. The aura level can be felt by hand or recorded with special equipment (Kirlian photography, GDV camera, PHP camera).

During meditation, a state of peace is created and the aura grows dramatically. The group meditation is very powerful because of interactivity. The more people involved in it, the exponentially stronger the effect.

When several thousand people meditate together, a huge amount of energy is created that spreads all over the Earth and to each person, or to the aura of each individual, which changes his/her own psychological state. Therefore, the power of group meditation, especially regarding the response of maximum possible amount of people included, is of crucial importance.

This was also explained by the famous Swiss psychiatrist Karl Jung, who claimed that there are common properties of human mind in general, which may be perceived as the collective unconscious. As a social group, we inherit certain meanings (archetypes) that affect our behavior and emotions. The idea of the collective unconscious reflects many of the deepest human instincts: love, fear, social projection, wisdom, but also good and bad manner.

Jung recognized the potential of personality development by illuminating and understanding such inner aspirations, and for the benefit of all mankind, from individual to collective treatment. He believed that our mental energy changes over time, so he wanted to help people build an authentic and healthy personality in which archetypes can function in harmony.

The group meditation is one way to realize that goals.

Ova grupna meditacija održaće se uoči zimskog solsticija, a namenjena je onima koji žele da podignu energiju Planete, učine dobro delo i pomognu zaštiti životinja iskorišćavanih za hranu. Cilj je smanjenje nasilja nad drugim osećajnim bićima i prestanak eksploatisacije ne-ljudskih životinja.

Praktikovaćemo meditaciju koju su razvile australijske isceliteljke En Kenedi i Katerina Ligato, u vidu usmeravanja energije srca ka životinjama koje se nalaze u mesnim i mlečnim industrijama, kao i na drugim mestima gde ima patnje i niskih vibracija, kao što su klanice. Na taj način želimo da podignemo svest ljudi širom sveta i dovedemo ih do saosećanja, empatije i jedinstva sa svim živim osećajnim bićima.

Ovo će takođe biti prilika za vegane i vegetarijance u tranziciji da se međusobno podrže i pomognu jedni drugima.

Praksa je slična onoj koju aktivisti za prava životinja rade na grupnim okupljanjima. Ukoliko nema vremena za meditaciju, tada se odaje pošta stradalim životinjama u vidu minuta ćutanja.

Događaj je besplatan i praktikuje se u kućnim uslovima. Svako onako kako smatra da bi trebalo da šalje ljubav.

Meditacija je prirodan proces posmatranja sopstvenog uma. Kao što oči, da bi videle sebe, trebaju ogledalo, tako i duh, da bi postao sevestan svoje najdublje prirode, treba metodu koja mu to omogućava.

Meditacija je takođe zdrava. Naučno je dokazano da poboljšava rad srca, snižava povišen krvni pritisak, pojačava imunitet i lučenje serotonina (hormona sreće) koji utiče da se osećamo zadovoljno i pozitivno. Takođe pomaže da iz sebe izbacimo nagomilane mentalne toksine.

Moć grupne meditacije je posebno dragocena. Istraživanja su pokazala da ukoliko određen broj ljudi meditira zajedno, to podiže vibracije na globalnom nivou i dovodi do povećanog mira u celom svetu te do progresa u svakom smislu. Da bi se to desilo, potrebno je da istovremeno meditira oko 8.000 ljudi.

Osamdesetih godina rađeni su eksperimenti, kada se skupilo toliko osoba u Jerusalimu, dok je u Libanu bio rat. Događaj je pratila nezavisna americka RAND korporacija koja sprovodi statistike na ratom zahvaćenim područjima. Tog dana kada su meditirali, broj smrtnih slučajeva se smanjio za oko 70 odsto. Eksperiment je kasnije ponavljan nekoliko puta i svaki put rezulatati su bili slični, kako po pitanju smanjene smrtnosti, tako i po pitanju teroristickih napada, broja nesreća i nasilja uopšte.

Objašnjenje koje naučnici daju za ovakav fenomen je postojanje neke vrsta polja kroz koje se naše misli i emocije prostiru, a putem kojeg utičemo jedni na druge. Primećeno je da postoji veza između čovekovog psihološkog stanja i njegovog energetskog stanja, tj. njegove aure. Kad osoba misli pozitivno i oseća se dobro, aura raste. Kada se oseća loše i misli negativno, ona se smanjuje. Nivo aure se može osetiti rukom ili snimiti posebnom opremom (Kirlijanova fotografija, GDV kamera, PHP kamera).

Tokom meditacije se stvara stanje mira i aura dramatično raste. Zato je zajednička meditacija veoma moćna jer postoji međusobno delovanje. Što je više ljudi u nju uključeno, efekat je eksponencijalno jači.

Kada nekoliko hiljada ljudi meditira zajedno, stvara se ogromna količina energije koja se prostire po celoj Zemlji i na svakog čoveka, odnosno na auru svakog pojedinca, što menja njegovo psihološko stanje. Stoga je moć grupne meditacije, koja se ogleda naročito u odazivu što većeg broja ljudi, od posebne važnosti.

Ovo je objasnio i čuveni švajcarski psihijatar Karl Jung, koji je tvrdio da su zajednički elementi čovečanstva neka vrsta mentalnog nasledstva, odnosno kolektivno nesvesnog. Kao socijalna grupa, nasleđujemo izvesna značenja (arhetipove) koja utiču na naše ponašanje i emocije. Ideja o kolektivnom nesvesnom reflektuje mnoge najdublje ljudske instinkte: ljubav, strah, socijalnu projekciju, mudrost, ali takođe i dobre i loše manire.

Jung je prepoznao potencijal razvoja ličnosti osvetljavanjem i razumevanjem ovakvih unutrašnjih stremljenja, a u cilju dobrobiti celokupnog čovečanstva, počevši od individualnog tretmana ka kolektivnom. Verovao je da se naša mentalna energija vremenom menja pa je stoga želeo da pomogne ljudima da izgrade autentičnu i zdravu ličnost u kojoj arhetipovi mogu da funkcionišu u harmoniji.

Grupna meditacija je jedan od načina za postizanje ovih ciljeva.
