During this darker period in the northern hemisphere, it can be really powerful to intentionally spend time outdoors in nature.It is also a wonderful time to go inwards and reflect on the season passed and the season to come.This event prioritises slowing down and coming together in community, connection and calmness.This event take places in the woodlands. There will be a warming refreshments and lunch to keep us cosy.You will be guided through an immersive and deeply nourishing forest bathing experience, followed by the opportunity to create some beautiful Christmas decorations using natural resources.We will enjoy a seasonal, homemade lunch, with cups of warm, foraged tea, as we connect and reflect. Whether you practise alone, or guided by a trained facilitator as this session will be, you will gently use your senses to connect to the natural world around you. Many studies have shown forest bathing to have a profoundly positive impact on our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. When practised in a group, it can also provide a lovely, easeful way to not only connect to nature and to ourselves, but to the other people around us.The event will be guided by a qualified Forest Therapy Practitioner.
