Though the earth appears still with very little outer growth happening, beneath the surface deep within, Mother Earth is nurturing the roots, bringing stability and nutrients to the plants and trees. All of nature has slowed down, it is time for us to, to be withdrawn and nurture our own energy.

Step into the spirit of the solstice with heartwarming rituals designed to mark this sacred time of year. 

Engage in guided meditations, journaling to connect with the Earth’s cycles, and gentle movement to awaken and warm the body during this season of rest and reflection.
