Wellbeing at Wollaton

Clear your mind with Wellbeing at Wollaton!

🌳 Join us on the first Sunday of every month for a
wellbeing session, starting with a short yoga and
meditation class, followed by a relaxing activity in our
beautiful park.

🧘‍♀️ Participants are advised to wear comfortable
clothing and bring their own yoga mats/blankets.

⏰ 10am - 11:30am
🎫 £2 per person (plus booking fee)
