- **Event Description**: Taking place on the second Sunday of every month, Sharing Sherwood is a monthly community meal which aims to revolutionise food and improve community by cooking up surplus food donated from supermarkets.

Join us for an evening of delicious vegetarian food and friendly company at Sherwood Methodist Church on SUNDAY 14 DECEMBER 2025.

Our brilliant volunteers will create a three course vegetarian meal (plus vegan options) made from supermarket surplus food distributed by FareShare East Midlands. Everyone is welcome. 

We ask for a suggested minimum donation of £2.50 for adults and £1.50 for children, with all profits going to Nottingham food banks. 

If you are not in a position to pay at the moment, you are very welcome to come along for free - no questions asked.

We will also have leftover food and produce which you can take away for a donation. Don't forget to bring plastic containers to take home leftovers!

We take both cash and card payments on the door. There is no need to book in advance - just turn up.
