Nottingham Tabletop Intro Gaming Night
Nottingham Board and Wargames Club - Tabletop Games Night
Nottingham Tabletop Gaming Night @VatandFiddle Tues Nights
With the Nottingham Board & Wargames Club
Join us on Tuesday of every week at the Nottingham Board and Wargames Club, from the Pub Vat & Fiddle , to learn and play some great, easy games. Whether you're brand new to modern board games, having only played the classics like Monopoly and Scrabble, or are already exploring board games, but want to expand your horizons, you'll find something you love at our Intro to Board and tabletop Games night.
Learn or play great, introductory strategy games like Ticket to Ride and Settlers of Catan. Or, try your hand at a new type of game called a co-operative game, where players work together to defeat the game, with games like Forbidden Island and Pandemic. Or learn some light, short, small games you can easily take with you anywhere like Sushi Go or Love Letter.
Experienced teachers will be on hand to teach games.
About Us, Getting To Know Us.
The Nottingham Board and Wargames club is a tabletop gaming club based in or around the Centre of Nottingham. It was created by Matt Anderson and Gary Powell in order to encourage more gamers in the ‘Lead Belt’ to forgo the normal isolated style of gaming and be much more inclusive.
While many people happily game at a friends or colleagues home they decided that gaming was more than just moving pieces around the table it was about having fun, socialising and learning about other great games out there by gamers impassioned over the game's they play. Board Games, Tabletop Games, wargames and card games
And it's about drinking beer.
