Old School Drum & Bass Dance & Gong Bath

Friday 25th September | 7.00pm to 9.00pm

The lights go down. The bass comes up.

Step onto the dancefloor for a night inspired by the energy of the old school rave scene. Big basslines, uplifting tunes and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can dance freely, followed by the deeply resonant sounds of a powerful gong bath.

We'll kick things off with classic old school Drum & Bass and Jungle, bringing the energy, freedom and feel-good atmosphere that made the rave scene so iconic. There's no choreography, no judgement and no pressure. Just great music, big basslines and the chance to move, let go and enjoy yourself.

Then, as the final beat fades, the energy shifts.

Lie back, get comfortable and allow the powerful vibrations of the gongs, crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you. The deep, immersive sounds create the perfect contrast to the first part of the evening, helping you relax, unwind and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

One night. Two journeys.

From the euphoria of the rave to the stillness of sound.

Whether you're an old school raver or simply love big basslines and good music, Gong & Bass is an unforgettable evening where high-energy dance meets deep relaxation.

Please bring:

Yoga mat

Blanket and pillow for the gong bath

Bottle of water

Comfortable clothing you can dance and relax in

Come for the music. Stay for the resonance.
