- **Event Description**: Here at Zephyr’s we run a monthly get-together for bereaved parents and family members who have experienced the death of a baby or child. Gathering together in the evening – in a small group and with a warm drink in hand – we gently encourage connection with others who have experienced loss and understand. Talking and conversation is never pressured, but you will be welcomed to share in a safe and supportive environment.

Our warm and friendly evening sessions are a chance to chat and be heard, to listen and feel supported. Our conversations are open and gentle – there’s time to be together, to borrow helpful books from our loss library, or simply to have some reflection time away from the group, to just be.

We recognise that coming along for the first time can be emotional, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can support you in taking those first steps to supporting yourself. We’re happy for you to bring someone along with you. You may wish to come together with a partner, friend, or relative, they are welcome to join us too.
