- **Event Description**: Join us on Tuesday evenings for an hour dedicated to finding happiness within.

Each class is self-contained and on a drop-in basis, but attending the whole course may help in gaining a deeper understanding of the practice. 

Classes resume on Tuesday 9th September, during August we are offering some Monday night classes at Kadampa Meditation Centre Nottingham at Gedling House.

16 Sep:  Meditation – all you need to know

23 Sep:  Concentration

30 Sep: Mindfulness

7 Oct: Clear mind

14 Oct: Keeping going

21 Oct: Wisdom

The programme for the remaining four classes will follow in due course.

Class Dates are:

Sept: 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

Oct: 7th, 14th, 21st, Term Break Oct 28th

Nov: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

 Dec: 2nd, 9th, 16th Term Break until January 6th  

The classes are offered in-person on Tuesday evenings (6.30pm-7.30pm) at Middle Street Resource Centre, 74 Middle Street, Beeston NG9 2AR

Cost £7 (free for members).

Booking not essential, payment can be made on arrival (cash or card).
