You can only concede at sorcery speed Players start with 40 life points 10 poison is lethal 21 commander combat damage is lethal If a card is discovered to be duplicate or illegal: 1, Exile the infracting card(s) if their current zone is anywhere but the stack 2, Empty the infracting card(s) owner’s mana pool 3, If the infracting card(s) is/are on the stack exile the infracting card instead of resolving it, Cards exiled for failing to follow deck building rules cannot be interacted with from exile by any player for any reason; nor are they counted should any player have any reason to do so.
