We will discuss how geography and terroir can impact the apple - and therefore the cider.What to expect: we are aiming to source 4 Kingston Black ciders from all compass points of the UK - North,East,South and West.As usual there will be a selection of cheeses accompanied by those great baguettes made & baked by Spelt & Rye in Hucknall.
